Whilst we will do our best to have a driver on site during your requested times, please do note pickup requests are requests only. In order to provide the best chance of having a driver available please provide a time range of at least 4 hours.

Small parcels and shipments below 25kg can be left in a safe place to collect from. Please note the location in the instructions.

Regional collections require at least 2 working days of notice, and metro collections require 1 working days of notice. Our pickup cutoff is 4pm for next day pickup. If you are booking after this for next day pickup, please call us to confirm.

For Grays Pickups, we need a copy of the winners photos ID, a zero balance invoice, as well as a release authorization form made out to Blackhaul Australia and any authorized agents

Without these forms, Grays Auctions will not release any goods to our drivers

For Pickles Auctions Pickups, we need a copy of the a zero balance invoice.

Without this, Pickles Auctions will not release any goods to our drivers.

Please note, smaller bookings will require a docs leg in order to provide release forms. This will incur an additional charge unless you have already indicated the requirement of forms, where this would be factored into the quotation.
