Grays Auctions requires certain documents to be presented when picking up from them. These documents are

• Third Party Authorization Form (Download Template below)
• A copy of the paid/zero balance invoice
• A copy of your valid photo ID

Please note we are unable to pickup any unpackaged goods unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by Blackhaul for packaging.

We are also unable to collect any auction lots where payment to Grays has not been made in full, and where we are not provided with an invoice for the required goods.

GraysOnline staff will not release any goods to us or our appointed agents without the above 3 documents being provided.
